As a Senior Transformation Manager in GN you will be part of a highly-focused team responsible for leading large-scale strategic organizational development projects that will shape the future of our organization. As you will work closely with the entire GN organization across divisions functions and geographies we expect that you will bring effective stakeholder management skills and a mature project and change management toolbox.

What we hope youll bring:
Solid experience from a highly-regarded consultancy firm or inhouse transformation or change team incl. experience with managing project streams or entire projects.
Experience from managing transformational initiatives particularly in culture and organizational development.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective networks and engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
A role model mindset when it comes to project and change management excellence.
A strategic mindset with solid problem-solving abilities.
Experience with organizational design
Proficiency in adapting to evolving situations
Fluent in written and spoken English.
