WHAT YOULL BE DOING

Legal is the heart: We are working in a highly regulated environment. Everything we do is connected to law. As the heart pumps the blood to the body legal is pumping our business to the market. As a team we work close together with business management and all other stakeholders of the company. Our mission is to enable Trade Republic to provide the best service and the best product to our customers in the existing legal framework. This is an everyday challenge getting the best out of responsibilities will include:

• Administrative assistance on litigation cases e.g.: file creation maintenance and creation of reportings collection of facts
• Provide assistance to the legal team when it comes to preparation of documents reports presentations
• Research of legal questions in a wide variety of areas of law
• Work with the entire legal team on other allrounder topics as they emerge
• Support the legal operations team on the automation of legal processes

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

• You have successfully completed your first state examination (1. Staatsexamen)
• You are communicative love team work and are pro-active
• You are extremely organized structured and 100% reliable
• Problem-solving and driving change by using innovative solutions is for you a matter of course
• A true star when it comes to independent management of assigned tasks and organisational tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
