Do you want to be part of transforming our PLM landscape Do you want to develop yourself in a global company with hearing instruments audio- video- and gaming equipment We are looking for a PLM Solution Architect to be part of our exciting journey transforming into a major Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) with Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE
The team you will be part of
As our new PLM Solution Architect you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the implementation of the 3DEXPERIENCE PLM platform (ENOVIA PLM) across our organization.
You will work from our HQ in Ballerup Denmark and be part of a new team reporting to Sune Nørgaard Andersen Head of Product Systems & Data Hub within Digital Data and IT. As part of the core PLM team you will work closely with engineering R&D Quality Operations and IT colleagues. The team spirit is high and we are always ready to discuss ideas and provide feedback where needed.
Your contribution is appreciated and you contribute with:
- PLM Solution Design: Define and propose comprehensive PLM solution architecture on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform that supports both our medical device and consumer electronics product workflows
- PLM Roadmap: Maintain a solution roadmap with clear milestones and timelines ensuring alignment with business goals and responsiveness to shifting business capabilities
- Gap Analysis Configuration: Perform fit-gap analysis between out-of-the-box 3DEXPERIENCE capabilities and our business requirements. Design and implement necessary configurations or customizations to bridge functional gaps
- Platform Configuration: Oversee the configuration of the PLM environment to tailor workflows data models and user permissions to our business needs
- System Integration: Work with IT and engineering teams to integrate the PLM platform with other enterprise systems ensuring seamless data flow and consistency across all systems supporting the product lifecycle
- Collaboration and Mentorship: Coordinate with team colleagues and stakeholders on project updates change requests and issue resolutions. Mentor offshore teams and monitor processes for efficiency and quality assurance
To perform well in the role we imagine that
- You have effective experience as a Solution Architect Industry Process Consultant or similar role with experience in PLM projects
- You possess extensive experience in designing and architecting technical solutions using PLM SOFTWARE tools e.g. ENOVIA/3DExperience
- You understand PLM terminology and concepts (E/MBOM CAD data management principles Model Based Engineering Systems Engineering)
- You have proficient analytical skills and are able to translate business requirements into functional PLM solutions
- You have effective communication and stakeholder management skills and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams present and lead discussions with large groups of people and you are proficient in English both orally and in writing
