As Branch Manager you will oversee all day-to-day operations of the Fredericton (Avonlea court) location. Your primary responsibilities will include driving operational efficiency leading a high-performing team maintaining customer satisfaction and meeting profitability goals. This role is ideal for someone with a background in the automotive industry a natural ability to lead and a commitment to exceptional service.
Operations Management
Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth efficient service delivery.
Manage inventory tools and equipment to support service excellence.
Monitor and manage branch budget expenses and revenue.
Team Leadership
Hire train and supervise staff ensuring high performance across all roles.
Foster a collaborative positive work environment that encourages growth.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching as needed.
Customer Experience
Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.
Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Oversee appointment scheduling to enhance service flow and reduce wait times.
Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Analyze market trends and local competition to identify growth opportunities.
Represent the branch through local marketing initiatives and community involvement.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Promote and enforce workplace safety standards for both staff and customers.
Previous experience as a Branch Manager or in a senior leadership role within the automotive industry.
In-depth knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and analyze performance metrics.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
