Job Summary

Essential Function/Duties

Receive large quantities of orders which must be processed quickly and accurately
Must have SAP/ERP experience
Read purchase orders packing slips and memos of shipment to reconcile inventory against documentation
Create/interpret inventory reports and reconcile inventory discrepancies using Excel
Does clerical duties related to shipping receiving inspecting storing issuing and delivering a variety of materials equipment and supplies. Materials may be hazardous.
Performs physical inventories investigate and record discrepancies
Maintains records for parts entering and leaving the warehouse
Ensure parts are processed and delivered to the customer in a timely manner
Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed
Weighs or counts items for distribution to ensure conformance to company standards
Completes paperwork or forms required for documentation to receive materials and verify materials against invoices to ensure the accuracy of the delivery
Enters and maintains inventory records in the computer
Reads work orders and requisition forms to determine items to be moved gathered or distributed
Conveys materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a warehouse
Excellent computer skills
Strong planning and multitasking skills
Outstanding organizational skills flexibility and professionalism
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred experience in rigging equipment operation (forklift versa lift telehandlers etc.

Working Conditions/Physical Effort

Conditions may include working in shop busy traffic areas warehouses and undeveloped properties with frequent exposure to dirt dust grease oil vibrations and adverse weather conditions. Must be able to safely access all areas of property including rooftops and other elevated positions as well as confined spaces. Must be able to effectively use all required PPE equipment and lift up to fifty pounds. Strenuous physical demands are required to safely perform the essential functions associated with this position. Must be able to safely operate all involved equipment and tools. Must be capable of standing for long periods of time bending consistently working in confined spaces with limited access on ladders in personnel lifts and working in awkward body positions.
