Job Summary:
As an Asset Servicing Analyst within Wealth Management Operations you will work alongside global business and client-facing teams to support the management of corporate and class actions across various markets. You will contribute to strategic projects and support the evolution of Operations ensuring business activities are carried out efficiently controlled and timely. This role is key to smooth asset servicing execution emphasizing operational excellence and technological innovation to enhance service delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle the life cycle of corporate actions including mandatory voluntary and choice actions ensuring accurate and timely processing to meet client and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee all aspects of structured products and proxy actions from initiation to resolution ensuring compliance and optimal outcomes for clients.
- Collaborate with Operations Leaders and key partners across Wealth Management Technology and Business teams to drive issue resolution and maintain smooth operations.
- Support strategic projects and contribute to process improvements within the team.
- Ensure business activities are executed efficiently controlled and timely by understanding reviewing and implementing processes systems and procedures.
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Graduate degree
- Minimum three years of experience in Financial Services Operations or management in Investment Banking Wealth Management.
- Strong knowledge of Asset Servicing and Securities Market.
- Proficient in SWIFT Messages and Financial Markets.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Consultative approach with the ability to anticipate business partner needs and proactively deliver solutions.
- Highly motivated with strong problem-solving skills and a transformational mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Knowledge of automation tools and AI/ML concepts. Securities Operations experience is preferred.
- Experience with AI tools such as Alteryx Signavio and Tableau.
- Strong analytical skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong client focus and commitment to maintaining high client satisfaction.
- Ability to build business relationships with cross-functional and geographical teams.
