Architect design and develop robust scalable data platforms pipelines and applications combining data processing transformation and business logic.
Lead design and architecture reviews establishing coding standards best practices and cost/performance optimization strategies.
Collaborate with engineers analysts architects and stakeholders to align data engineering initiatives with application design business and analytics needs.
Implement automated testing validation monitoring and deployment frameworks to ensure reliability and operational stability.
Drive deployment strategies and optimize solutions in cloud-native and distributed environments (Databricks Spark Kubernetes etc.).
Mentor and support team members through technical guidance code reviews and knowledge sharing.
Stay current with emerging tools platforms and best practices in data engineering application development and cloud technologies.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
5 years of professional experience in software development and/or data engineering focusing on scalable data-driven applications.
Strong background designing developing and architecting applications that integrate complex data workflows and business logic.
Expertise in Databricks Spark or similar distributed platforms.
Proficiency in Python C# Scala SQL and experience with SQL/NoSQL databases with emphasis on performance and scalability.
Deep knowledge of data engineering principles data modeling and building reliable pipelines (ETL/ELT).
Strong grasp of software architecture practices: microservices APIs and integration patterns.
Solid cloud experience (Azure AWS GCP) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform Bicep).
Familiarity with containerization (Docker Kubernetes) and DevOps/automation practices.
Proven ability to lead design and architecture discussions across application and data layers.
Strong problem-solving leadership and communication skills to mentor teams and guide technical decisions.
