Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering targeted 1:1 and small group support focused on writing

• Helping to improve students writing structure grammar and expression

• Assisting teachers with planning and delivering bespoke literacy interventions

• Encouraging a love of writing among students

• Monitoring pupil progress and reporting back to class teachers

• Creating strong nurturing relationships to foster a positive learning environment

Were Looking for Someone Who:

• Has a genuine interest in literacy and education

• Ideally has experience working with children in a school or similar setting

• Is proactive empathetic and passionate about student success

• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Is organised reliable and confident supporting children at different literacy levels

• Holds (or is working towards) a qualification in English or a related subject desirable but not essential
