Job Overview
As a Part-Time Accounts Receivable Clerk you will manage accounts receivable processes ensuring accurate and timely invoicing payment collection and record-keeping. This role is ideal for an organized individual with a strong background in accounting software particularly QuickBooks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process invoices payments and account reconciliations using QuickBooks.

  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely collections.

  • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports as needed.

  • Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries and payment statuses.

  • Assist with general accounting tasks and month-end closing activities.

  • Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 12 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related accounting role.

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.

  • Experience with Aspire software is a strong asset.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time schedule (approx. 2025 hours/week).

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
