Salary$70637.00 - $158808.00Supervise day to day operations of Overlake Medical Clinics (OMC) services at our Issaquah Primary Care & Specialty Care Clinics. Responsible for planning organizing maintaining and supervising staffs assigned work areas and directing the work flow of patient care. Implements and executes overall goals set in the department in conjunction with the Clinic Manager/Director.
Provides strong leadership good communication skills and collaborates with other members of the health care team to determine priorities of collaboration with the Clinic Manager assist with the management of OMC services such that the delivery of high-quality patient care is assured and designated budgetary parameters are maintained. Full understanding of ambulatory physician office practice required. Knowledge of billing and coding highly desired. Excellent interpersonal/people skills; Good verbal/written communication skills; Marketing/financial skills a plus.

Clinic Hours
Supervisor Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent education required. BA preferred.
Certification in a professional association preferred. If applicable must maintain licensure as appropriate to profession.
Two years of lead or supervisory experience in a similar position within a hospital clinic or related field is preferred.
Knowledge of and experience with automated systems required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows. Strong organization skills required. Effective verbal and written communication skills. High-stress climate requires the ability to conduct several projects simultaneously and maintain stability in the department.
RN Supervisor Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. Associate Nursing Degree required. Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Current Washington State Registered Nurse license required.
Current BLS and/or ACLS (depending on location worked) certification required.
Minimum of two years of clinical experience as a registered nurse required. Experience in Emergency Room Urgent Care or physician practice setting preferred.
Minimum of two years supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
