As a Senior Manager Commercial Operations Enablement & Strategy supporting Sales & Sales Support Team you will lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives that drive adoption enablement and operational excellence across Commercial Operations. You will be responsible for launching data analytics tools and resources in a way that delivers measurable business impact while also building foundational project management capabilities to support scalable this role you will oversee strategic vendor management for fleet vehicles ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with leaders across Commercial Operations and other functions influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment across matrixed teams.
In this role a typical day will include:
- Lead the strategy and execution of enablement programs for analytics tools and resources.
- Design and implement change management and training plans to accelerate adoption.
- Champion user feedback loops to continuously improve tools and drive engagement.
- Establish foundational PMO practices including prioritization frameworks and governance models.
- Drive execution of cross-functional initiatives aligned with strategic goals.
- Build scalable project management capabilities to support future growth.
- Own strategic vendor relationships for fleet operations and performance management.
- Align fleet strategy with business objectives and optimize fleet operations compliance standards and cost targets.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on enablement project management and vendor strategy.
- Influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across matrixed teams.
- Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within Commercial Operations.
WHAT YOULL BRING TO ALCON:
- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school15 yrs; Assoc.11 yrs; M.S.4 yrs; PhD 3 yrs))
- 7 Years of Relevant Experience
- The ability to fluently read write understand and communicate in English.
