Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Director of Finance to join our senior management team in New Hope PA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance with experience in a multi-unit environment such as hospitality real estate or retail. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage financial activities lead teams and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial planning budgeting and forecasting
- Manage financial reporting including weekly scorecards monthly P&Ls and quarterly reports
- Supervise and delegate to finance team members
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and legislation
- Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions and vendors
- Analyze operational issues and implement processes for improvement
- Manage insurance portfolio and claims
- Interface with IT on financial systems and issues
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in a senior finance role in a multi-unit environment
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related discipline
- Working knowledge of accounting software (experience with Sage Intacct is a plus)
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
