About the Opportunity

JOB SUMMARY

Manage the student experience for specific programs within the EDGE teams portfolio to deliver on Northeasterns values around experiential learning.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Advise and assist learners with academic and program concerns; serve as the connector for learners to various university resources.

  • Work with instructional support team to facilitate learner engagement.

  • Develop and implement communication and engagement plan for learners.

  • Organize and attend live sessions and assist with delivery as needed.

  • Collect information and distribute reporting for learner success metrics; escalate specific learner concerns to program manager.

  • Assist in course registration and manage student orientation.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Highly developed people skills and ability to successfully communicate both in writing and verbally with a broad range of stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational problem solving administrative and time management skills.

  • Ability to analyze synthesize and summarize data.

  • Demonstrated strong business writing and project management skills.

  • Experience working in a highly collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.

  • Knowledge and skills required for this position are typically acquired through the completion of a Bachelors Degree with two to four years of student support and/or operations management experience.

Expected Hiring Range:

$52820.00 - $74607.50

With the pay range(s) shown above the starting salary will depend on several factors which may include your education experience location knowledge and expertise and skills as well as a pay comparison to similarly-situated employees already in the role. Salary ranges are reviewed regularly and are subject to change.
