The Research Services Team within the Corporate Services Group plays a key role in supporting Members of Parliament parliamentary staff and the public with trusted and impartial research information and analysis. Our mission is to ensure that Parliament has the accurate and timely information it needs to make informed decisions.

M te tnga About the Role
As aLibrary Service Adviser Kaitohutohu Ratonga Ptaka Rangahau youll be the first point of contact for library customers manage service channels and coordinate workflow across the Research Services Team.
This is a dynamic front-facing role that blends customer service coordination and outreach. Youll help ensure research requests are distributed across the team efficiently coordinate deadlines and support the promotion of library services and products. Youll also play a key role in maintaining a strong customer service ethos and building relationships with a diverse array of customers across Parliament.
