Commercial Coordinators provide logistical support to ensure compliance accuracy efficiency and consistency throughout contract and proposal processes.
A day in the Life:
- Monitors mailboxes and ensures requests for proposals (RFPs) and contract modifications (MOD) are complete.
- Monitors tracking system for allocation completion and sends official notification to bidding teams.
- Performs RFP/MOD allocations to ensure appropriate representation based on therapeutic area of expertise.
- Enters data into application systems for accurate reporting and posts RFP documents to ensure that accurate bid information is available to stakeholders.
- Provides logistical support to the department.
Keys to Success:
- High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
- In some cases an equivalency consisting of a combination of appropriate education training and/or directly related experience will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.
Knowledge Skills Abilities
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Strong organization skills and time management skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously while delivering high quality results
- Ability to deal professionally with highly confidential information
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
