Job Summary

Position Overview:
Reporting to the Controller & VP of Accounting the Accounting Manager will oversee core accounting functions including accounts payable payroll general ledger reconciliations journal entries and vendor contract management. This role also supports financial reporting compliance and special projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage vendor invoice and employee reimbursement processing.
- Lead monthly close activities including prepaids accruals and variance analysis.
- Maintain fixed asset and intangible depreciation schedules.
- Prepare and review account reconciliations and communicate discrepancies.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP.
- Oversee treasury functions including bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Coordinate payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Manage tax and compliance filings related to payroll.
- Administer corporate credit card and expense programs.
- Support budgeting forecasting and financial analysis.
- Supervise accounting staff in AP payroll and GL functions.
- Assist with audits and third-party tax return preparation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 57 years of relevant full-time experience.
- Supervisory experience required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook and Teams.
- Experience with NetSuite Paylocity FloQast and Ramp preferred.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and accounting regulations.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with Sage Intacct and AP software.
- 13 years in public accounting or internal audit.
