As a Recruiter youll be a strategic partner in attracting and hiring top talent across Ohio Machinery. Youll manage the full recruitment lifecyclefrom sourcing to onboardingwhile building strong relationships with hiring managers candidates and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Own full-cycle recruiting for select roles across the organization.
Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Promote job openings via our ATS and leading job boards to drive inbound interest.
Actively source candidates through networking social media cold outreach and industry-specific platforms.
Screen applicants and present top talent to hiring managers.
Build and maintain partnerships with schools organizations and community groups.
Represent Ohio Machinery at career fairs school visits and recruiting events.

What You Bring

Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Marketing or related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferably in the equipment distribution or manufacturing industry.
Skills:
Strong understanding of Ohio employment laws and recruiting best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Excellent communication organizational and analytical skills.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting and to stand or sit for prolonged periods. To occasionally stoop bend kneel crouch reach and twist; to lift carry push and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including the use of a computer keyboard; and to verbally communicate to exchange information. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
