We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our Swedish this role you will work with a combination of compensation benefits and pension etc providing input to various key processes within the People & Payroll area. You will ensure a reliable high-quality and compliant compensation and benefits process in Sweden in cooperation with our external service providers. You will manage data related to employment time management and compensation ensuring that correct input is given to external payroll and other compensation processes.

What youll do here as a Payroll Specialist

You will work closely with colleagues in HR. You will perform complex reporting tasks participate in audits and work in our monthly payroll processes in our areas of responsibility. You will mainly work with personnel in Sweden (3000 employees). You will continuously seek to streamline processes and improve the employee experience.

  • 5 8 years of experience in the HR and Payroll within a larger company in Sweden.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes such as but not limited to time tracking benefits management pensions and insurance.
  • Experience with handling expenses and knowledge of basic accounting principles is required for managing financial transactions related to payroll and benefits.
  • Good knowledge of employee lifecycle management and HR compliance and regulations.
  • Experience in working with different suppliers within payroll area.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and collaborate across teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet client needs efficiently.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure prioritize tasks for the team effectively and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills with a focus on driving improvements in HR processes.
  • Good communication skills (both verbal and written) fluent in English and Swedish.
  • Experience working with both Swedish collective agreements Teknikavtalet and regulations will be considered an advantage.

Skills not required but considered an asset:

  • Experience in a Payroll and outsourcing environment is preferred.
  • If you have been working with Workday it is desirable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
