Dir, Team Specialist, P3, Product Support & Services ISG Job Level Director

Were seeking someone to join our team being responsible for monitoring and escalating counterparty risk issues through BAU control also reviewing trading activity across IED and FID to determine correct margining exposure and gap risk monitoring to specific underliers and concentrations ensure timely escalation and resolution of collateral/margin issues including any breaks fails or margin call disputes with BU stakeholders review regulatory implications on trading activity with regards to CFTC/FINRA rules and drive strategic enhancements to risk controls by collaborating with internal stakeholders.

In the Operations division we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships.

This is a Director level position within the within Client Service & Relationship Management which is responsible for managing internal and external client relationships. We do this by engaging in client service activities optimizing the client experience and managing vendor/external business partner relationships.

What will you be doing

• Execute complex processes and assist a Team Manager in coordinating processes risks and/or projects in a Team Lead capacity
• Recognize risk in day-to-day processes to draw out the key issues and leverage detailed knowledge to propose changes in process
• Train others allocate tasks and support with first line escalation where required
• Share expert knowledge across the team contribute to team output and development
• Collaborate with a wide range of senior stakeholders across the Firm
• Maintain stakeholder relationships with functional lines and other internal counterparts

What youll bring in the role:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent preferably in Business
• At least 4 years relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of functional area and operational/compliance policies and procedures of their team
• Ability to operate independently with respect to some job responsibilities
