Job Title: Operations Manager / Project Manager
Description:
We are hiring for our client a leading construction sub-contractor with a strong track record across Ireland who now seek to appoint an Operations Manager / Project Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded organisation that has delivered over 5% of Irelands housing stock and many of Dublins hotel projects in the past year.

The Role:
Collate specifications review projects and manage procurement orders & delivery schedules.
Liaise with suppliers and oversee fortnightly/monthly progress reports.
Manage subcontractor payments and prepare handover documentation.
Oversee Health & Safety compliance inspections reporting and dashboards.
Ensure quality reporting and programme implementation across projects.
Liaise with and support site managers; conduct site visits and attend contract meetings.
The Person:
Proven experience as an Operations Manager or Project Manager within construction.
Strong commercial acumen with ability to manage procurement reporting and subcontractors.
Solid understanding of Health & Safety processes and compliance.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to support site teams.
Organised detail-oriented and able to work across multiple projects simultaneously.
