Lead Educator Busy Bees at Wyndham Vale
Location: Wyndham Vale VIC
Licensed Capacity: 124 places
Hourly Rate: $33.00 $37.54 per hour (depending on experience and level)
About the Role
Busy Bees at Wyndham Vale is looking for a passionate and motivated Lead Educator to guide our team and inspire childrens learning and development. With a licensed capacity of 124 places you will lead one of our rooms mentor educators and deliver high-quality educational programs that meet EYLF and NQS standards.
As a Lead Educator you will:
Take responsibility for daily room operations planning and curriculum delivery
Support and mentor educators to ensure consistent high-quality care and education
Build strong respectful relationships with children families and colleagues
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and documentation standards
Collaborate with the Educational Leader to drive continuous improvement
What Youll Need
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Experience as a Lead Educator or senior educator role
Strong knowledge of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Current Working with Children Check (VIC)
Current First Aid CPR Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
