Job Description

Description

We are currently seeking MD (Medical Doctor) and DO (Osteopathic Doctor) this role you will play a crucial part in diagnosing and treating patients through medical imaging. Your expertise will be vital in providing accurate and timely interpretations of various radiology procedures contributing to the overall healthcare delivery system. As a Radiologist you will be involved in a wide range of projects from conducting diagnostic tests to consulting with other healthcare professionals all aimed at improving patient outcomes and well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and analyze diagnostic imaging studies such as X-rays MRIs CT scans ultrasounds and mammograms.
  • Communicate findings effectively with referring physicians to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment planning.
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of radiology reports while adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
  • Perform image-guided procedures such as biopsies aspirations and drainages when necessary.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements and technologies in the field of radiology to enhance diagnostic capabilities.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to patients.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer review activities to maintain high standards of patient care.
  • Contribute to teaching and training programs for medical students residents and fellows.

Requirements:

  • Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Radiology.
  • Valid state medical license and DEA registration.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Proficiency in using radiology information systems and PACS.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Schedule: 8-hour day shifts Monday-Friday

Serving multiple facilities

Partners do call 1 week per month

EMR: Epic

Will accept new grads

Board certification required
