Hours:MondayFriday 5:00 AM3:30 PM(potential Saturdays hours may vary pending on the workload)

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicatedQuality Control Associateto support production operations by ensuring products meet requiredqualityintegrityfunctionality and specification standards. This role includes implementingquality standard testingprocesses conducting inspections completing documentation and reporting status to leadership and regulatory agencies as needed.
Responsibilities
TheQuality Control Associatewill:
- Evaluate production operations from a strategic level to ensure that products meetqualityintegrityfunctionality and other specifications and requirements.
- Develop and implementquality standard testingand evaluation processes.
- Facilitate communication among production divisions and management.
- Assess test results and approve recommended changes.
- Conductinspectionsandquality control checks.
- Complete all requireddocumentation.
- Periodically report status ofquality controland operations to executive leadership and when requiredregulatory agencies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Must haveNDE/NDT level with850 hours of learning experienceand1660 hours of working experience.
- Experience withdimensional inspection.
- Experience inmagnetic particle testingdye penetrant testing andPMI testing.
- Ability to work independently to established procedures.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to readblueprints.
Education and Experience
- 2 yearsof related inquality control.
- Knowledge of material specificationsASTM&ASME.
- Knowledge of welding specificationsAWS&ASME.
- CWI preferred.
- Knowledge of all necessarytooling.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able tolift up to 50 poundsat times.
- Ability to maneuver in ashop or yard assemblyenvironment.
- Extensive walking and standing climbing onladdersscaffoldingcrouchingtwisting andstoopingare often required.
