Job Title:Maintenance Technician
Pay:$23$27/hour DOE
Location:Neosho MO & Joplin MO
Shift:1st and 2nd Shift Positions Available

Position Overview
We are currently hiring experiencedMaintenance Techniciansfor fast-paced production facilities located inNeosho and Joplin Missouri. These temp-to-hire opportunities offer competitive pay weekly checks and benefits eligibility. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on problem solver with a strong mechanical and electrical background capable of keeping operations running smoothly across multiple systems and equipment.
Required Experience & Skills
High school diploma or GED required (college coursework preferred)
Strong mechanical knowledge (e.g. chains gears bearings)
Previous experience withmechanical and electrical processing equipment
Refrigeration experienceis a plus
Ability tocommunicate effectively and work well in a team environment
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
As aMaintenance Technician your responsibilities will include:
Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical processing equipment
Conducting regularinspectionsto prevent breakdowns and maintain operations
Minimizing downtime by implementingtimely proactive solutions
Assisting the Maintenance Planner indeveloping preventative maintenance schedules
Supportingline startups and equipment adjustmentsfor optimal performance
Performingfacility maintenance including carpentry plumbing and painting
Welding and fabricatingequipment as needed
Promoting and maintaining asafe work environmentby following all company policies
Adapting to additional responsibilities as assigned
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 50 lbs with or without assistance
Standing bending kneeling climbing and working in a manufacturing environment for extended periods
