Responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
- Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Assess applicants relevant knowledge skills soft skills experience and aptitudes.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and profile of ideal candidates.
- Promote the companys reputation as a great place to work.
- Maintain candidate databases and keep track of recruitment metrics.
- Participate in job fairs and career events.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or relevant field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and labor legislation.
- Experience with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role is a plus.
