We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join TEAM ACE HR in Mumbai. As an HR Recruiter you will play a crucial role in sourcing attracting and hiring talented candidates to meet the companys staffing needs. This position is vital in ensuring that TEAM ACE HR continues to grow and thrive by bringing in top-tier talent. You will be involved in various recruitment projects collaborating with hiring managers and candidates to ensure successful placements.

As an HR Recruiter at TEAM ACE HR you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects from entry-level positions to specialized roles. Your responsibilities will include conducting interviews screening candidates and managing the entire recruitment process. This role requires a keen eye for talent excellent communication skills and a passion for connecting the right candidates with the right opportunities. Responsibilities:

  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
  • Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
  • Assess applicants relevant knowledge skills soft skills experience and aptitudes.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and profile of ideal candidates.
  • Promote the companys reputation as a great place to work.
  • Maintain candidate databases and keep track of recruitment metrics.
  • Participate in job fairs and career events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and labor legislation.
  • Experience with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role is a plus.
  • Understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques.
