Job Summary:
The IMA Group is seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Technician II to join our Information Technology this role you will be responsible for installing troubleshooting repairing maintaining and supporting computer hardware software and related peripherals across IMA locations. Youll play a key role in system administration backups and network support while also assisting in software training and providing technical expertise to both staff and satellite offices.
The IMA Group is seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Technician II to join our Information Technology this role you will be responsible for installing troubleshooting repairing maintaining and supporting computer hardware software and related peripherals across IMA locations. Youll play a key role in system administration backups and network support while also assisting in software training and providing technical expertise to both staff and satellite offices.
This is a hybrid position based out of our Tarrytown NY headquarters. The schedule is MondayFriday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with occasional weekend availability required. This hybrid role requires at least three days per week on-site in our Tarrytown office with flexibility for remote work on the remaining days. The salary range is $25 an hour to $27 an hour depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install maintain troubleshoot and repair computer hardware and peripherals.
- Install administer and optimize network operating systems and client software.
- Perform and monitor daily system backups.
- Assist in the administration of the companys WAN connecting satellite offices.
- Provide support and training for application software.
- Deliver excellent customer service through professional and courteous interactions.
- Complete additional IT support duties as assigned.
Education:
- High School Diploma with advanced technical or management training required.
- Associates or Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or a related field preferred.
Experience:
- 1 year of experience in a similar role is required.
