- To develop and maintain hotelbusiness
- Develop strong partnerships with buyers for the purpose of penetrating and growing market share and driving sales for the hotel
- Analyze customer situation provide market intelligence on economic trends and competitor activities
- Achieve personal and team related business goals by delivering service excellence
- Partner with the hotels leadership team to develop a comprehensive strategic plan to grow market share
- Perform duties to support the department in line with the companys strategies and brand standards whilst meeting expectations of stakeholders
Requirement:
- A relevant degree in business or a related field
- A minimum 2-year working experience as a sales representative in the hotel related field
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Good business sense with excellent account serving manner
- Excellent selling negotiation and communication skills
- Self-motivated and well-organized with a high focus on details; good team player
- Prioritizing time management and organizational skills
- Passionate towards Hospitality
