LEAP Estates is the Private Client specialist division of LEAP. We operate as our own independent business unit as well as providing support to the wider LEAP business. Focusing on this area of law has enabled us to deliver innovative solutions and award-winning software to our growing user base.

Requirements

What youll do

    • Identify pursue and close new business opportunities within a defined territory
    • Conduct cold calling and follow-up with support from a lead generation team
    • Deliver compelling demonstrations of LEAP Estates key benefits to prospective clients both online and in person
    • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
    • Successfully close new business deals through consultative selling techniques
    • Attending and exhibiting at conferences and events across the country
    • Stay current on product updates and industry competitors to maintain a competitive edge
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to align on sales strategies and performance goals
    • Engage with clients to understand their unique requirements and business challenges
    • Clearly communicate how LEAPs solutions align with and support each clients mission
    • Ensure the successful delivery of client objectives and ongoing satisfaction with the solution

What youll bring

    • Thrive in fast-paced competitive environments with a results-driven mindset
    • Skilled at analysing client feedback and reactions to products and pricing strategies
    • Highly self-motivated confident and goal-oriented with a strong competitive spirit
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present and demonstrate product value
    • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish trust quickly
    • Intelligent positive and ambitious with a disciplined and proactive approach to work
    • Background in Legal or SaaS industries is a plus
    • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets is highly desirable
