BIS Safety Software is a fast-growing technology company providing leading software for the safety industry. We are looking to add a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to our Executive Team - someone who can blend strategic vision with operational excellence to help take BIS to the next level.

About the role
This role is about more than keeping the engine running - its about fine-tuning the systems and structure that will help us scale with purpose. Youll work directly with our CEO and leadership team to transform bold vision into a focused achievable roadmap. Youll own core operational functions and gradually expand your influence across the organization as we grow.
