Job Description
The Windham Southwest Supervisory Union is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Specialized Paraprofessional to provide one-to-one support for students with special education needs. This position involves working closely with students to assist with academic behavioral social and daily living skills while collaborating with teachers service providers and families to ensure individualized educational goals are met. The ideal candidate will demonstrate patience flexibility and strong communication skills with a commitment to fostering student growth and independence in a supportive learning environment. This is a full-time position offering a competitive hourly wage of $22.85$32.35 along with a comprehensive benefits package.
