Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to the agencys success managing a diverse portfolio of accounts and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $70000 - $90000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts
- Handle all aspects of account management including renewals billing endorsements cancellations and certificates
- Quote new and renewal business (approximately 60% renewals 15% new business and 15% auto-renewals)
- Market accounts for renewals and ensure timely communication with clients
- Collaborate with producers virtual assistants and other team members to deliver seamless service
- Utilize Hawksoft software to manage client accounts and documentation
- Communicate effectively via email and presentations to maintain strong client relationships
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in commercial lines account management preferred
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Hawksoft or similar agency management software
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
- Detail-oriented and organized
