We operate in a dynamic environment; shifts will vary and include evenings and weekends. Flexibility is key with hours spread across the week to support the operation of the leisure club.

What Youll Do
- Respond promptly to phone calls assist with membership sales and enquiries and address guest questions whilst focusing on delivering exceptional customer service to enhance the experience of our guests and members.
- Stay up to date with all mandatory training including Pool Plant Operations First Aid Lifeguarding.
- Create a welcoming and supportive environment by regularly engaging with guests and members on the gym floor offering assistance and ensuring they have everything they need.
- Keep informed on industry and competitor trends to support the ongoing success and relevance of the leisure club.
- Actively contribute to achieving sales revenue and financial targets for the leisure area.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the gym showers changing rooms and pool area are consistently maintained to the highest standard.
- Follow all health and safety procedures diligently report any concerns promptly
- Adhering to health and safety procedures reporting concerns to the appropriate manager and take appropriate action in emergency situations including life-saving operations and first aid when required.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to uphold professional standards across all facilities; prepare areas for daily use monitor pool chemical levels and ensure safe and respectful behaviour from all users.

What Were Looking For
- Level 2 fitness instructor qualification - desirable.
- NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) -desirable.
- Pool plant qualification - desirable.
- Strong communication skills excellent telephone manners and confident IT abilities
- A proactive problem solver who can find practical solutions
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends an essential part of the role
- Previous experience in a hotel leisure club or similar setting is preferred along with a genuine passion for delivering great service and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Most importantly a genuine love for connecting with guests and members creating a friendly welcoming environment where everyone feels at home
