As an Accounting Technician Business Accounting Services at RCGT your responsibilities will include:
Performing weekly bookkeeping for various clients (French and English people) including closing entries and account reconciliations while respecting established budgets and timelines;
Conducting bank reconciliations account analyses and variance reviews;
Preparing payroll records source deductions government reports (CNESST GST QST etc.);
Preparing year-end tax forms (T4 and possibly T5);
Communicating with government authorities to follow up on files;
Preparing special reports upon client request;
Preparing year-end files.

Professional or college diploma in accounting;
Over 3 years of experience required;
Strong knowledge of MS Office suite and specialized software (Sage 50 QuickBooks).
