As the RAMM and Maintenance Finance Coordinator you will play a key role in supporting our Department and Divisional Managers to ensure the effective administration of our Palmerston North City Council and Manawatu District Council Maintenance and Construction contracts.

You will be responsible for the accurate processing of monthly contract claims meticulous management and processing of RAMM data and the ongoing upkeep of the RAMM database. Additionally you will produce timely and insightful monthly contract financial reports. This pivotal position encompasses a broad scope of responsibilities providing vital support across all contracts within the Maintenance department and contributing to the overall success and compliance of our operations.

In addition to the above you will:

  • Undertake general RAMM and financial processing including providing support with contract financial reports when required.

  • Assist with contract administration

  • Provide Customer Car Requests (CCRs) Phone Cover

  • Provide and receive communications and reactive communications (Kbase and CCR) from PNCC and MDC clients and the public

  • Effectively manage and resolve potential conflicts that may arise

  • Assist with admin and distribution of letter drops when required

Were looking for someone with:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in office management or contract administration

  • Demonstrated high attention to detail consistently ensuring exceptional data quality and accuracy.

  • High level of numerical accuracy and sound knowledge of invoicing processes required.

  • Proven experience in customer liaison including the ability to effectively manage and resolve potential conflicts.

  • Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders clients and the public

  • Experience using RAMM Database preferred

  • Hold a Class 1 drivers licence
