The Job
Responsible for working closely with cross-functional GCO and MKT teams to achieve high quality efficient Promotional content delivery pipelines for the Streaming platforms linear channels and affiliates. Tracking of Promotional assets creation and delivery status along with priority and deadline handling. Actively investigate methods to evolve process workflows to improve efficiency increase creative opportunities and maximize operational processes. This may entail researching and evaluating advanced technologies as well as improving upon existing industry standards. Serve as primary Go-To resource for identifying and troubleshooting content delivery issues while providing immediate resolution while developing long term sustainable solutions.

The Daily Major Activities

  • Warranting that all requested promotional assets are done and delivered in time. Tracking and providing feedback to the business regarding its progress. Alerting the business the CoEs and tech teams when the planned demand exceeds the current operational capacity and proposing solutions (30% Time Spent of The Daily)
  • Assess and triage promotional assets content delivery challenges and troubleshoot pressing issues while providing immediate resolutions at front end while managing root-cause analysis and delineating correlative tasks with operational teams to obtain valuable sustainable solutions (20% Time Spent of The Daily)
  • Gather insights from current promotional assets content workflows review to ascertain bottlenecks exposing strategic opportunities that yield efficiency gains and define optimization points (20% Time Spent of The Daily)
  • Provide input to development teams to create tools that facilitate promotional assets asset categorization visibility for prioritized processing to all teams involved in the content delivery workflow (15% Time Spent of The Daily)
  • Work with cross-functional teams directly to understand and document their promotional assets workflows through process maps business process and media flow diagrams and data flow diagrams and identify along with them innovative solutions for their process taking into consideration the end-to-end process of all teams involved. (15% Time Spent of The Daily)

The Essentials

  • Bachelors degreeinEngineering IT Communications Broadcastingor related field or equivalent working experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in Media Companies
  • Business acumen on media operation
  • Ability to work on cross functional multi-cultural teams in a collaborative way
  • Technical knowledge of media workflows and media formats
  • Knowledge of postproduction workflows
  • Advanced level of English

The Nice to Haves

  • Knowledge of user experience basic principles
  • High analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate in Portuguese
