Job Description
Location: Falls Church VA (DHA HQ) with situational telework
Clearance: NACI / Public Trust (ADP/IT II level)

We are actively seeking a PART TIME Public Trustcleared Data Analyst with strong skills in data visualization metrics development and reporting to support our clients at the Defense Health Agencys Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). Qualified candidates will deliver actionable insights develop dashboards and analyze program performance data to help OSBP achieve its strategic small business objectives.
Note: This position is contingent upon contract award. We are currently seeking qualified candidates to include in our proposal for an upcoming government contract. Applicants selected may be contacted for further steps if the contract is awarded.
Work Description:
he Data Analyst will support OSBP in becoming a data-driven organization by providing analytical products dashboards and reporting. This role is focused on transforming small business program data into actionable insights for leadership decision-making and outreach performance evaluation.
Responsibilities: The Data Analyst will support tasks such as:
- Collect validate and analyze program performance data related to small business goals and subcontracting achievements.
- Develop data dashboards charts and visualizations to present trends and insights.
- Provide recurring reports such as weekly small business achievement and semi-annual subcontracting reports.
- Support ad-hoc data requests and assist in the preparation of congressional strategic and executive reports.
- Ensure data accuracy integrity and compliance with reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with business analysts and project coordinators to integrate data into program planning and communication efforts.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in data science statistics economics or related field.
- 24 years of professional experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (dashboards pivot tables data modeling) and visualization tools (Power BI Tableau or similar).
- Strong statistical analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Familiarity with federal small business program reporting preferred.
