Job Summary
The Dawn Club
From the team behind bars like Bourbon & Branch and Local Edition comes THE DAWN CLUB. The Dawn Club is a bar in San Francisco that include cocktails live jazz and one of the rarest whisky collections in North America. Shifts will be 7 pm - 3 am (Thurs-Saturday) and 12 pm - 4 pm (Wednesday).
Barback
Responsibilities
- Assist bartenders with daily service
- Maintain overall bar cleanliness
- Prepare batches and other cocktail ingredients
- Wash and organize glassware
- Retrieve and keep adequate levels of bar stock
- Clean as part of opening and closing duties
Qualifications
- Previous experience as barback is preffered
- Strong attention to details
- Able to follow directions
- Basic math skills or an ability to use a calculator and understand proportions
- Good interpersonal skills
- Has or is willing to obtain a CA Food Handlers Certification and RBS training required
- 21 years of age or older
- Ability to lift 40 lbs. without assistance
