Job Description

As a member of the Legal department you are expected to support the companys business activities including but not limited to: 
 

  • Provide legal support for the companys operations in several jurisdictions 

  • Provide overall legal support for investment activities 

  • Draft and review all types of agreements NDAs and other legal documents 

  • Advise on IP- and personal data-related matters 

  • Assist Sales and other departments during the negotiation phase concerning contracts and approval phases of contracts with clients partners and suppliers 

  • Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations 


Qualifications :

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in law 

  • Proven track record and 5 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in IT) 

  • Solid experience in commercial and civil law including client agreements tenders and legal support of investments 

  • Expertise in IP law 

  • Detail-oriented mindset 

  • At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
