Job Summary
As a member of the Legal department you are expected to support the companys business activities including but not limited to:
Provide legal support for the companys operations in several jurisdictions
Provide overall legal support for investment activities
Draft and review all types of agreements NDAs and other legal documents
Advise on IP- and personal data-related matters
Assist Sales and other departments during the negotiation phase concerning contracts and approval phases of contracts with clients partners and suppliers
Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
Qualifications :
Bachelors or Masters degree in law
Proven track record and 5 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in IT)
Solid experience in commercial and civil law including client agreements tenders and legal support of investments
Expertise in IP law
Detail-oriented mindset
At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
