Production Support & Administration: (70%)
- Manage the Multi Tableau Servers and Licenses provisioning for the most cost-effective configuration.
- Administrate the Platform accesses according to the established security model and maintain the corresponding security setup.
- Monitor and provide the proper maintenance on the Platform ensuring availability performance and scalability.
- Keep the Tableau Software in the proper and stable supported version.
- User support and issue resolution related to the Platform.
- Private link implementation for all the Data Sources using Snowflake connections for Security Compliance.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of Tableau Server and/or Tableau Cloud environments.
- Monitor system performance user activity and scheduled extracts to ensure uptime and responsiveness.
- Manage incident response root cause analysis and resolution of Tableau-related issues.
- Coordinate with infrastructure and data teams to resolve connectivity access and performance issues.
- Maintain and enforce security policies user roles and permissions.
- Lead a small team of support analysts and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Tableau-related production issues and escalations.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and compliance standards.
- Document operational procedures support runbooks and knowledge base articles.
- Provide guidance to developers on dashboard performance and best practices.
- Assist in debugging and optimizing Tableau workbooks and data sources.
- Support version control deployment processes and migration of Tableau assets across environments.
