As a Product Manager inCoupon Offer Platforms you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground you guide the successful launch of products gather crucial feedback and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability resiliency and stability you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
The ideal candidate understands the broader digital financial services landscape and can identify and tangibly bring to the life the evolution of the E-Coupon experience. Comprehensive understanding of product management and its specific role as the end-to-end owner is critical. Candidates should have excellent written and oral communication skills a strong sense of purpose and urgency in delivering a successful product technically knowledgeable to translate into business requirements strong interpersonal skills as well as a passion for digital financial services. This role will specifically require a deep sense of teamwork and walls-down approach in order to succeed. No egos allowed. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker and a go-getter who organically looks at processes and problems with a sleeves rolled-up mentality to collaboratively solve them with a large village of partners around them.
Job responsibilities
- Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
- Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
- Owns maintains and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Builds the framework and tracks the products key success metrics such as cost feature and functionality risk posture and reliability
- Serve as the Digital Product Manager for key areas within the E-Coupon space ensuring successful end-to-end delivery
- Collaborate with a close-knit Agile Product team to maintain and manage a comprehensive backlog across lines of business
- Identify ongoing needs gaps and opportunities to enhance the digital customer experience and evolve product capabilities
- Lead the execution of new features through the agile software development lifecycle including gathering requirements writing epics/user stories testing launching and managing defects
- Drive improvements in team and partner dynamics to elevate the Agile process within the Product organization
- Coordinate large initiatives across multiple teams within the Customer Acquisitions and Marketing Platform (CAMP) space and other digital teams
- Demonstrate a hands-on approach and comfort with understanding technological impacts
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle design and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery ideation strategic development requirements definition and value management
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners daily to produce excellent work prioritizing large book of work meetings team dynamics and overall delivery
- Passionate and vocal with a willingness to learn collaborate and work across all levels and backgrounds
- Skilled in influencing stakeholders with diverse viewpoints while maintaining productive discussions
- Structured thinker and effective communicator with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Capable of prioritizing a large workload managing team dynamics and ensuring overall delivery
- Proven ability to manage tight delivery timelines and remain calm under pressure; Self-motivated and committed suitable for a start-up team environment
- Experience in financial services retail banking acquisition digital products and online/mobile platforms; Proficient in using JIRA and Confluence
