DescriptionThe Supervisor of IS Training and Support will oversee and coordinate the training activities and support for the Health System and Community Connect clients ensuring that standards and best practices are followed and providing feedback and coaching to the trainers.
The Supervisor would also assist to recruit train and retain new trainers and enhance the quality and effectiveness of our training services and increase the satisfaction and loyalty of our customers.
ResponsibilitiesSupervises IS Training Team (IS Credentialed Trainers). Determines work requirements priorities and best use of resources for scheduled operations and unplanned needs.
Plans prioritizes and directs the work of team members to meet established goals and objectives provide timely and effective service to customers and maximize system efficiencies.
Develops and maintains accurate records for use in evaluating organizational performance. Identifies ways of improving current services and consults with management on issues and/or problems.
Provides guidance and support to staff members and facilitates effective problem-solving among team members. Reviews staff performance identifies performance deficits and implements prudent recommendations that promote team member efficiencies. Provide the team with direction and vision and foster teamwork to create a work culture that values and encourages collaboration. Promotes and encourages the growth and development of team members.
Assists in the development and implementation of data driven performance improvement methodologies. Maintains accurate records for use in evaluating organizational performance. Identifies ways of improving current services and consults with management on issues and problems.
Ensures security integrity and privacy of FMOLHS data in conjunction with FMOLHS policies and procedures.
Utilizes IS project management methodology and best practices to improve individual and organizational efficiency effectiveness and outcomes.
Qualifications- Experience: Two (2) years of experience as an Epic credentialed trainer
- Education: A Bachelors Degree or 4 years of direct work experience can be a substitution for a Bachelors Degree.
- Skills and Abilities: Microsoft effective communication customer service interpersonal skills planning and organization attention to detail active listening and technology and software
