Major Accountabilities

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Provide support to our People & Organization (HR) Admin team with various administrative and organizational tasks

  • Assist in drafting and processing documents such as emails and contracts

  • Support with internal and external communication

  • Assist with end-to-end organization and coordination of internal projects and events

  • Contribute to the preparation of templates and presentations

  • Coordination of travel and expenses approvals

  • Create and manage purchase orders in SAP approve invoices

  • Outlook Management

  • Deputize Admin Pool during absences

  • Carry out other daily ad-hoc administrative tasks

This position is well suited to someone looking to work 80-100% and gain valuable practical experience in an administrative environment.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Office applications

  • Strong organizational skills and an independent working style

  • Committed reliable and resilient

  • Keen interest in administrative and organizational work

  • A dependable motivated and supportive team player

  • Excellent communication skills

Language

  • Good command of German and English both written and spoken

  • Additional languages are welcome
