Marksman-Titan Security is looking for a Swing (Mornings/Overnights) Shift Lead at a manufacturing/warehouse location in Glasgow KY. The schedule is as follows: Saturday-Sunday 0600-1800 Monday and Tuesday 2200-0600

Responsibilities of Security Lead Officers include but are not limited to:

Supervise the day to day operations of an assigned Client site including working as a security officer if needed
Manage a team of security officers including participating in hiring scheduling payroll training and development coaching and discipline and support.
Ensure client and employee satisfaction through building effective relationships and proactive communications and management
Complete operational procedures including reviewing logs shift responsibilities patrol round information and reporting and update as needed
Handle escalated security issues or emergencies
Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications of Security Supervisors:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
1 year of supervisory experience.
Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
Able to read write speak and understand English
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
Able to meet physical essential functions of the job which can include lifting 50 lbs completing foot patrols walking up and down stairs working in inclement weather

Preferred Qualifications of Security Supervisors:
Bi-lingual considered a plus.
