CAVA Support Center Intern:

Our internship program is a paid flexible internship for innovative college students who will have the opportunity to be on the ground floor of a rapidly growing brand. Our Interns will do meaningful work own projects and directly contribute to the success and growth of our CAVA brands. Depending on our hiring needs our Interns may receive a full-time job offer upon graduation. Plus there is free CAVA food too!

What Youll Do:

• Gather and analyze information develop and communicate recommendations relating to various intern projects
• Projects may include CAVA business analysis modeling research and creating presentations.
• Gain new skills and utilize strengths you bring to CAVA.
• Receive frequent coaching and mentoring from CAVA support center team members
• Present results to senior leadership and implement recommendations in collaboration with cross functional partners

The Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in college under-grad or grad school
• Proficient in excel and other Microsoft office products
• Strong commitment to excellence plus personal and professional growth
• Strong initiative and leadership skills in a work setting and/or extracurricular activities
• Resourceful intellectually curious empathetic poised high energy and mature
• Genuine interest in business and find problem solving exhilarating

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to maintain stationary position to be able to operate a computer and other office equipment
• Must be able to identify analyze and assess details
• For certain positions must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to 50 pounds
• Ability to communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively
• Constantly positions self and move about to support ordinary restaurant or food production support or office operations as applicable
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
