We are seeking an RC Frame Site Manager to lead delivery of a landmark residential project in Dublin 8 with a Tier 1 Main Contractor. This long-term development will provide much-needed homes for the local community and youll play a central role in ensuring its success.

The Role

Lead oversee and coordinate all RC frame operations on site.
Manage site teams subcontractors and supervisors to ensure safe efficient and high-quality delivery.
Drive programme performance ensuring milestones are met.
Implement best practices in health & safety quality control and productivity.
Provide regular progress reporting to senior project leadership.

Requirements

Proven track record as an RC Frame Site Manager (or Foreman) on large-scale projects.
Strong technical background in structures with the ability to problem-solve on site.
Excellent leadership organisational and communication skills.
A proactive delivery-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
