Superintendent- Port Coquitlam

Location: Port Coquitlam BC

What Youll Be Doing

Champion safety and quality in every aspect of site operations.
Lead and manage on-site activities ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Oversee daily reporting job costing and payroll submissions.
Mentor and develop foremen and crew members fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
Collaborate on estimates and constructability reviews linking planning with execution.
Coordinate subcontractors suppliers and labour to ensure seamless project delivery.
Maintain strong relationships with clients stakeholders and the local community.

What You Bring

Engineering degree technical diploma or trade certification.
Minimum 10 years of experience as a Superintendent in industrial construction.
Proven ability to lead large teams and manage complex projects.
Strong understanding of contracts labour strategy and industrial safety standards.
Experience in sectors such as Ports & Terminals Mining Oil & Gas and Pulp & Paper.
Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle.
