As a trusted partner to our Vice President-level executives youll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly. Your day-to-day will include managing complex calendars coordinating domestic and international travel organizing meetings and preparing reports that highlight key business metrics. Youll also help craft impactful presentations and support strategic initiatives that drive our success. In this role a typical day will look like:

• Executive Support: Deliver confidential high-level administrative assistance to Vice Presidents ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
• Calendar & Email Management: Organize and maintain complex schedules inboxes and priorities for senior leaders.
• Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel including flights lodging and ground transportation and manage expense reporting with accuracy and timeliness.
• Meeting & Committee Preparation: Develop agendas coordinate logistics and ensure all materials are ready for productive meetings.
• Information Gathering: Compile and prepare data reports and presentation materials to support strategic discussions and decision-making.
• Correspondence: Draft and manage routine communications with professionalism and clarity.
• Event Planning: Lead logistics for corporate eventsranging from intimate team gatherings to large-scale international functionsboth on-site and off-site.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• 5 years of experience providingsupport to senior executives. Bachelors degreepreferred but not required.
• Advancedcomputer skillsacross Windows and Microsoft Office Suite including Teams Outlook (email and calendar management) Excel Word and PowerPoint. Experience usingApple devices(Macs and iPhones) is a plus.
• Proven organization skills with the ability to deliveraccurate high-quality workon time.
• Exceptionalattention to detailand precision in execution.
