Position Responsibilities:
- Perform the pricing of Participating/Investment-Linked (ILP) products contribute innovative ideas to deliver competitive and sustainable product designs.
- Present and communicate pricing recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders drive sound pricing decisions and support risk management objectives.
- Collaborate with Marketing Legal Compliance Operations Risk Management and other internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of new products.
- Support internal governance and regulatory review processes for product approval.
- Refine pricing methodologies enhance actuarial models and tools and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
- Contribute to the annual business planning process by analyzing key financials product performance and market opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; prior pricing or product development experience is an advantage.
- Commercially minded with strong business acumen. Proactive solution-oriented and keen to bring fresh perspectives to product design and pricing.
- Clear and confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- A dependable team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good progress in actuarial exams
