The Patient Correspondence Associate is an overall interdepartmental liaison to a tertiary hospital based in Thailand. This role will provide pre-arrangement services appointments and general hospital services to individual patients and relatives. This role will also cater to foreign clients seeking medical treatment overseas.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Arrange appointments and general hospital services. This includes liaising with doctors nurses and related departments necessary for the clients treatment.
- Provide accurate information regarding hospital services via email
- Service delivery to include initial medical history taking and coordination of refer-in services to different departments
- Expected to participate in process improvement problem analysis and solution implementation.
- Participate in employee engagement activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Nursing or Allied-health profession (Midwife PT Pharmacy Psychology etc.)
- At least 6 months of clinical experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint
- Adept in working with dual screens and with general computer literacy
- Amenable to working in shifting schedule
- Amenable to reporting onsite (Makati) during training and transition period
- Preferably residing within Metro Manila or willing to travel to Makati
The Salary Package starts at 20k depending on the candidates qualifications and relevant work experience.
