Vehicle Technician
Basic up to 38k OTE of 42k!
Monday to Friday No Weekends!
Modern Well Equipped Workshop!
Winchester Area
This is a rare Monday to Friday-only opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Technician working either 8:00am6:00pm or 7:30am5:30pm with on-target earnings of up to 42000.
The workshop is modern well-equipped and known for its supportive professional environment offering technicians the chance to carry out varied and rewarding work while keeping their weekends free.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out servicing maintenance and repair work to a high standard
- Performing diagnostics and fault-finding efficiently and accurately
- Ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer and industry standards
- Working closely with the team to maintain a smooth and professional workshop operation
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Proven experience as a qualified Vehicle Technician
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- A team player with a proactive and professional approach
- Full UK driving licence
Salary and Benefits
- Up to 38000 basic salary
- Bonus opportunities worth around 4000 OTE
- Monday to Friday no weekends
- Choice of 8:00am6:00pm or 7:30am5:30pm hours
- 21 days holiday Birthday off Bank Holidays
- Christmas shutdown (34 days not deducted from holiday)
